I am working very fast and precise with my Office Suite. when I first opened Office 2013 it was a pleasure to use. However, over time the animations got on my nerves. For example I had to switch between cells in excel a lot. Everytime I had the feeling to wait for the marker to jump to the next activated cell... By flying over to it. This may seem to general public users quite nice, but for me it is horrible. So here is what you have to do about.
Click Windowskey+R and write regedit
Press enter
Look for this folder:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Graphics
Create a new DWORD and name it DisableAnimations and set its value to 1
Close Registry.
Done.
I love it, it is much faster and not annoying anymore! :-)
