I was wondering how such a workout can work. However this author (see link below) explains how effective the workout really is.
1. Originally the excercise need to be done three times in a row to cover at least 20 minutes to burn calories.
2. Expected is a minimal health benefit, but perhaps a modest physical-function benefit.
3. It is recommended to people who are already fit, because the workout is very intense.
4. Also the scientific background is questionable.
